We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your account and data.
How to Delete Your Account
Send an email to info@marqo.ch with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address associated with your account.
Your account will be deleted within 30 business days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile and personal information
- Generated scripts and content
- Uploaded video takes and rushes
- Connected devices and sessions
- Preferences and settings
- Usage history and analytics data
Data Retained for Legal Reasons
Some data may be retained for legal compliance:
- Billing records and invoices (required by law)
- Security logs (retained for 90 days)
Delete from the App
You can also request deletion directly from the Marqo app by going to Settings > Delete Account.
