Frequently Asked Questions
How does multilingual work?
Each generated content is automatically adapted into all your target languages. The AI respects your tone, glossary, and cultural specifics of each market. Additional languages are available with Pro and Business plans.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, at any time from Settings > Subscription. The change applies immediately and the difference is prorated: an upgrade is invoiced right away for the rest of the current period, a downgrade leaves a credit deducted from your next invoices.
Which social networks are supported?
Marqo supports Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. You can connect multiple accounts per platform and per language for automated multilingual publishing.
How do the mobile apps work?
Marqo offers two free apps: Prompteur Marqo (iPad or Android tablet), a teleprompter for face-to-camera filming, and Camera Marqo (iPhone or Android) to control the teleprompter and record your takes. Both work together via WiFi.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from settings. Your access continues until the end of the current period. All prices are in CHF. Marqo is not registered for VAT: no VAT is added.
