Marqo is a SaaS platform for AI-powered marketing automation. We provide tools for content generation, video editing, multilingual publishing and analytics.

3. User Obligations

As a user of Marqo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
• Not use the platform for illegal, harmful or abusive purposes

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Marqo. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. Limitations of Liability

Marqo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability of the service
• Accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
• Results from publishing on third-party platforms

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings or by contacting us.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Lausanne.
