Delete Your Account

To request account deletion, send an email to info@marqo.ch with the subject line Account Deletion Request. We will process your request within 30 days.

You can also delete your account directly from the app via Settings > Delete Account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Subscription and click 'Manage Subscription'. marqo.ch You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

I forgot my password

Use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page to reset your password via email.

My content isn't syncing

Try refreshing the page or reconnecting your social accounts in Settings. If the issue persists, contact us.

How long are my video files kept?

Published video files (rushes, edits, dubbed versions) are kept for 14 days after all language versions are published. The final version is kept for 30 days. Unpublished files are kept up to 120 days, with a warning email 7 days before deletion. Download your files if you wish to keep them.
